Softer underfoot
The PVC or foamed WPC core gives the plank some give, which takes the noise out of a room and is easier to stand on.

Printed decor runs across wood grain and stone patterns, with slip resistance and chemical resistance for commercial use.

LVT is the flexible member of the vinyl flooring family. Where an SPC plank is built on a rigid stone core, an LVT plank is built on PVC, and a WPC plank on a foamed core, and the difference shows up underfoot: the plank gives slightly, the room is quieter, and standing on it for a long shift is easier.
That is why the range turns up in commercial work, in shops, offices and hospitality, as well as in homes. The decor layer prints wood grain or stone, and the surface is specified for slip resistance and for resistance to the cleaning chemicals a commercial floor meets.
Planks come with a click lock or as a self-adhesive tile for smaller areas, and thickness runs across the same 4 to 8 mm range as SPC, with the wear layer specified in the same way.
