A shower column gathers the whole shower onto one vertical rail: rain head at the top, hand shower on a sliding bar, mixer and diverter at the bottom. Because it mounts as a single unit, the wall is drilled once and no building work is involved, which is also why it suits refurbished and rented bathrooms as well as new ones.
Outlets are switched by piano keys or a rotary knob, usually three or four ways, so the rain head, hand shower and any waterfall outlet can be run one at a time. The hand shower height adjusts on the bar, which matters where the bathroom is shared or where a bath sits alongside.
Finishes include chrome, brushed gold, black-gold and gunmetal. Tell us the outlet count and the finish, and whether the mixer should take a standard ceramic cartridge or a thermostatic one, and we will confirm the specification.
