A compact toilet compresses the projection of the unit so that it fits a small bathroom, an apartment or a hotel room being refurbished. The body is either wall-hung or a short-projection floor-standing model, and it can be paired with a concealed cistern system so that the cistern takes no floor or wall space in the room.
Because the body is smaller rather than different, the same flush systems and seat options apply as on the standard range: siphonic as standard with siphon jet, washdown and rimless available, and a soft-close seat with quick-release and thickened urea-formaldehyde versions to order. It is usually chosen where the drainage is already fixed and the room itself cannot be made larger.
